DESCRIPTION
Industrial lamp made of aluminium and reinforced glass, for surface installation, with a high-efficiency COB LED light source and 15W. Its mode of operation when activated is a constant amber flash light, which makes it ideal for safety and/or warning signalling in industrial and marine environments, etc. It is protected against explosive atmospheres, certified under the strict IECEx and ATEX directives. It is an ideal luminaire for factories, warehouses, workshops, industrial warehouses, ships, paint booths, petrol stations and areas with potentially explosive atmospheres in general.
The lower part consists of a round junction box with four metric M20 x 1.5 threaded conduits. One of them is fitted with a cable gland and an 80cm long electrical cable. The remaining three are closed with hexagonal plugs and ATEX M20 cable glands must be purchased if they are to be used.
This LED spotlight is designed to be installed in areas with presence of gas and dust, with protection for hazardous areas: zones 1 and 2 (gas) and 21 and 22 (dust). It can be installed in wet areas due to its IP66 protection rating.
Integrated high efficiency 15W COB LED chip, capable of 1500 lumen luminous flux. Voltage input range 100 - 265V with 50/60hz frequency support.
Design-wise it presents three main features:
(1) It is constructed with a copper-free aluminium casing and tempered glass screen, with protective grille and IK08 impact protection..
(2) It is painted by electrostatic spraying with a high degree of corrosion resistance.
(3) It has a hermetic seal by means of a thread (fixed with hexagonal head captive screw H2).
